After working in the hospitality industry for 25 years, in 2009 Dan Hoffman decided it was time to set out on his own journey and start a business. With Hotel Gelato, Dan knew he wanted to do something different. Not only does his shop sell some unique avours of gelato, but it has turned into a restaurant, serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Before opening the doors to his shop, however, Dan needed help with getting his business o the ground, and that’s when he turned to TBDC. “It gave me focus on how to put the pieces together”, says Dan.
